Leasing agent Laura couldn't have been more helpful during the application and move in process and answered every last question or concern I had. Upon move in, my unit was clean as a whistle and maintenance came the next day to promptly fix a small issue with a cupboard. Included storage unit and garage parking is a major plus, also. My favorite thing about Park Glen has to be the location, though. Located right next to paved trails and just down the street from both Uptown and Highway 100, this complex has convenient access to anything you'd want but is tucked away in a quiet, secluded part of St. Louis Park.
submitted by Olivia S. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Park Glen is quiet, clean, and everything you'd need in an apartment. It's in a great location and the parking availability is a huge plus. The layout of the apartments are quaint and it is extremely quiet at all hours of the day.
submitted by Rachel - |Recommended: YesI've lived here for three years and this spot is merely the perfect location, plus it's right off the Minnesota River Bluffs LTR Trail. That trail leads to anywhere you could possibly want to bike to in the metropolitan area. The landscaping, pool area, tennis court, parking lots, and underground parking are maintained very well, and most of the neighbors are super quiet. The staff are very nice and they stand up for the residents when the corporate office is looking to change something on the property. Maintenance does their best to make sure when you put a request in, that it's addressed within 48 hours. Sometimes, it's the day-of. There are multiple types of engagements snacks pop alcohol are served , YOGA, breakfast on-the-go, and holiday parties. I only had issues with one of my neighbors and after two stern warnings from the leasing office, I never heard a peep from them. Minus the sometimes annoying train, I really like it here.

The leasing office staff have been great to work with when any questions arise. The building is clean and well maintained and if there is a maintenance request the team response to fix the problem is fast. Overall it has been a good experience being part of the Park Glen community.

submitted by Elise F. - |Recommended: YesNice, friendly community with well-maintained apartments — It is a nice, quiet community to live in. The apartments are quite spacious and well-maintained. Amenities and features are good for the price. Staff have been very helpful and responsive.

Many walking and biking trails are located right next to the property including the Bass Lake Preserve, Cedar Lake Trail, and near Minneapolis lakes and parkway system. The grounds and community areas are will kept and the maintenance staff is very responsive to any needs. Jess in the leasing office has been wonderful to work with including the initial lease details and addressing any questions related to the property. She and the other staff at Park Glen have been very responsive to any requests and questions. The community amenities include a pool, workout gym, several bbq areas, and fire pit with outside seating. Plenty of outside parking and the garage is clean and heated. I write this review during the COVID pandemic and have been working from the apartment. It has been easy and quiet to work during the day within the apartment. It has been great to be able to get out and walk around the grounds and the park preserve during the today.

Amenities are awesome... washer and dryer inside our room, dish washer, workout room, etc. Can hear our neighbors a bit, but it isn't that bad. Overall, it is a great place to live.
